Transfer to Cairo airport for flight to Aswan. (Flight not included in the price)

In Aswan:  Visit Aswan high dam. Drive to visit Philae Temple Island and a motor boat trip to Egilica Island. The island has a number of temples dating to the Pharaonic, Greek and Roman periods. The largest is the temple dedicated to Goddess Isis, mother of Horus the falcon headed God.

Later on transfer to your Nile cruise and check in for 4 days/3 Nights. Enjoy Lunch on board and in the afternoon, experience the peace and tranquility of a felucca ride on the Nile and let your hand glide along the Nile’s surface as you bathe in the warm Egyptian sun.

Today we slowly sail towards Kom-ombo temple

On arrival, we visit the unusual double temple dedicated to both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris. The Greco-Roman temple of Kom ombo was built between 190 BC and 219 AD. We explore the nearby Crocodile museum, before returning back and set sail to Edfu.

In Edfu enjoy a horse drawn carriage trip to visit Edfu temple, which is considered the best preserved of all Egypt’s temples. The temple of Horus was built between 237 and 57 BC. Return to ship for some free time on board. Enjoy your afternoon tea on the Cruise sundeck, while sailing to Luxor via Esna.

Visit Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Excursion to the Valley of Kings; visit the tombs of various Dynasties, The Temple of Deir El Bahari. Visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.

Visit Karnak temple. Enjoy walking along the avenue of sphinxes to enter the largest religious site in Egypt, built for Amon-Re the official deity of Luxor. Discover the complex as your guide explains the great history of Karnak temple. Then move on to visit Luxor temple, located in the center of Luxor city. The Temple once was joined to Karnak temple by 3 km Long Avenue of  Sphinx, a portion of which marks the entrance to Luxor temple. Later on a flight Luxor to Cairo and hotel for the night. (Flight Luxor to Cairo not included in the price)

Visit Jerash and Dead Sea. Jerash also known as ‘The Jewel of the North’ is one of the largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture in the world, outside Italy. Continue to the Dead Sea, one of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes in the world and the lowest point on Earth.

Visit the Christian Town of Madaba aka ‘The City of Mosaics’. Including St. George Greek Orthodox Church.  We will then go to Mt. Nebo, which is considered to be one of the most important holy sites in Jordan, as it is believed to be the place where Moses climbed from the Valley of Moab, and from where God showed him the Promised Land, as well as Moses’ last resting place. It features ruins from the 4th to the 6th century with marvelous mosaics adorning the grounds of the church still visible. Proceed via Wadi Al Mujib, a deep valley holding one of Jordan's most breathtaking views.

We will continue our journey to the city of Kerak, where we will visit the Crusader's Castle, with its diverse history dated from the Byzantine to the Mamluk period

Visit the Nabatean Red Rose city of Petra, one of the seven (modern) world wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enter the city through a long narrow gorge which is flanked either side by imposing cliffs!  The colors and formations of the rocks will dazzle.  The site is massive and contains hundreds of elaborated rock-cut tombs, a treasury, Roman-style theatres, temples, sacrificial altars and colonnaded streets. Head further down in southern Jordan to visit other significant sites including Wadi Rum. Explore Wadi Rum with a 1 1/2 hour Bedouin 4X4 ride into the Jordanian desert! Wadi Rum was best described by T.E. Lawrence as “Vast, echoing and god-like”, and by the locals as “Valley of the Moon”.

Later we proceed to the sole gulf city in Jordan; Aqaba. Its sandy beaches and coral reefs are the most pristine on the Red Sea.

Free time at leisure in Aqaba. Afternoon, transfer back to Amman via Wadi Araba Road.

Time in the city. Later, transfer to airport, to catch flight back home armed with tour enriching experience and happy memories to last a life time.
